About me:

My name is Johnathan Napier

I am a data scientist and part-time lecturer at Eastern Michigan University, specializing in applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, and bioinformatics. My work spans kidney disease research, statistical modeling, genetic analysis, AI-driven cell segmentation, healthcare app development, and tissue classification in medical biopsies. Beyond medicine, my background includes Rubik’s Cube mathematics, spatial statistics, movement and disease ecology, viral genetics, emission spectroscopy, and cryptology.

I hold four academic degrees, including M.S. degrees in Mathematics and Biology, and am currently pursuing an M.S. in Data Science, along with numerous certifications in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. An expert in R, applied mathematics, and theoretical statistics, I am open to collaborations and PhD opportunities in machine learning, quantum computation, and prime number theory.

My current research involves deep symmetries in the Riemann zeta function, to which I have made significant progress. I am expanding the work to spectral geometry, random matrix theory, and topology to create a unified framework for understanding analytic invariance. Check out my PhD proposal here.
